Returns will only be accepted if the product is still in its original, unopened, and air-sealed packaging. Custom Made Products

 

Custom-made products are tailored to individual specifications and, as such, cannot be returned. These items are created specifically for you based on your requirements and preferences, making them unique and personalized.

 

 

How to Return

 

1. Request a Return Ticket: Please request a return ticket through our shop page. This process is designed to ensure a smooth and traceable return journey for your item.

2. Receive Return Address: Upon requesting a return ticket, you will receive an address where you should send the product. This ensures that your return is processed efficiently.
3. Send the Product: Package the product carefully in its original air-sealed, transparent packaging with the LustMich logo and send it to the provided address.
4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to ensure it complies with our return policy. If the product fulfills our return conditions, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Non-Compliant Returns: Please understand that if the product does not meet our return criteria (e.g., if it has been opened or is not in its original packaging), we will have to send it back to you at your expense.
